Reflection Consulting is headed by Rosie Garwood, whose 30 year career has included senior positions in the public, private and voluntary sectors. In a range of roles, Rosie has gained rare insight into the unique workings of a whole range of organisations – their cultures, priorities, language and practices.

Rosie is motivated by success and optimistic about people's capacity to perform.

It is refreshing to meet someone who looks at the workplace team and interactions rather than taking an individual training approach.
