APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) The principal reason that we chose you and PRISM is that APIL as an organisation were having trouble recruiting the right candidates for our organisation. At that particular time, we were failing to recruit the right calibre of candidate, which meant in some instances we then had to re-recruit. This was not good for our business effectiveness neither was it cost effective. We had of course tried all of the normal recruitment methods; both local and national advertising, specialist agencies, job websites and bringing in consultants to help with our recruitments. As an organisation we made a decision to change our selection process for a certain level of position. This is when we brought you in to help us with this process. As a matter of course now, positions within the “Officer” range and above, including our Head of Departments, will all be filled using a “profiling tool”. To date, on the selections that we have made using yourself and PRISM, we have been extremely satisfied with your input, and fingers crossed, still retain all the staff recruited using this arrangement.
