Team Development

A new team, comprising Directors from core functions across Nottingham City Council had a series of challenges on their hands. Time was of the essence and it was important that the team were able to juggle their various responsibilities and deliver their team goals in the most efficient and effective way possible.

Working with Reflection Consulting, both as individuals and as a team, we were able to focus on the strengths we brought to the team, the mix of personalities and experience, and how these could best be deployed.

As a result of this work, we now have a clear sense of the team working together. We are developing new strategies and have a renewed sense of purpose.
